Colby appeared exclusively in the UK portion of the Marvel Comics continuity.
Colby helped man the crane that, at the behest of Richard Branson of Virgin, pulled the paralyzed Megatron and Centurion from the River Thames in London. They were soon attacked by Jawbreaker and Decepticon jets, who absconded with the two salvaged robots. Salvage!
