The Autobot High Command represents the senior leadership of the Autobots. Headed by Autobot leader Optimus Prime, it is in the business of leading the Autobots in their war against the Decepticons.

Autobot High Command appeared exclusively in the UK portion of the Marvel Comics continuity.

In the early days of the war on Earth at least, High Command comprised Optimus Prime, with Jazz and Prowl as his joint seconds-in-command, Jetfire as Aerospace Commander and Mirage as Military Intelligence Officer. Ratchet, as Chief Medical Officer, was an honorary member. Autobot Who's Who

IDW Generation 1 continuity

Following the Gideon's Glue incident on Babu Yar, Autobot High Command got word from an anonymous source that the substance had been developed by Autobots at Kimia Facility. Prowl, a member of High Command, formed the Magnus Inquiry to look into these claims, but the investigation was inconclusive. Bullets

Other than Prowl, High Command was unaware of Springer's repeated attempts at rescuing Kup from a hostile planet. Prowl saw it as a suicide mission, and informed Springer that the others would not support it if they knew. Spotlight: Kup

Based on reports from Agent 113, High Command assumed Garrus-9 to have been destroyed during the Surge. When further reports revealed that this was not the case, Prowl contacted Springer to discuss plans to rescue the Autobot prisoners. Bullets

Once the war was considered over, with Cybertron restored and most Decepticons behind bars, Optimus Prime stepped down to become Orion Pax once again and Autobot High Command seemingly consisted of Prowl, Rodimus and Autobot leader Bumblebee.
