- The Decepticon High Justice is an organization from the IDW portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
You can't see me!

This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
Even in war there are rules, boundaries that both sides agree not to be crossed. For the Decepticons the High Justice enforces those rules, punishing Decepticons who break them.
