The First One is a humanoid alien from the Generation 1 continuity family.
That's not suggestive at all.

The First One is the just ruler of Femax, a planet inhabited by a race of Transformer-sized humans whose males are mentally inferior to females, and where the two genders live in strict separation.

As a result of this dichotomy, the First One has no respect for males and is highly distrustful of them, but like any ruler of a world of warrior women, she awaits the one male who can prove her equal.
