In 1995, BotCon was organized and hosted by prominent fan Raksha, who also named and designed (kinda) the convention's exclusive toy, Nightracer.

It was held at the Dayton Convention Center in Dayton, Ohio.

T-shirts - Red or purple, each had the G1 Autobot and Decepticon symbols along with convention information.
