Hey, um... hey you!

The Decepticon desperadoes are a pair of nogoodnicks from the Victory cartoon portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
"No, why don't you come to your senses!"

The "Decepticon desperadoes" are a pair of rotten no-good yatsu-ra if ever there was one were two.

Brass tacks: They're muscle with style and without mercy. Their signature move is to advance shoulder-to-shoulder, blasters in each hand, and lay down continuous fire until there's nothing left moving to oppose them.

The desperadoes can summon various weapons from subspace, including twin blasters and a set of scythes.

Fiction

Victory cartoon

The two Decepticon desperadoes arrived on the space frontier colony of Iron Town and sent the town's timid residents fleeing for cover. Their rampage was cut short by the arrival of the Autobot Star Saber, who used a fearsome energy attack that either destroyed them or blasted them spinning into space. The Brave Hero of the Universe - Star Saber

IDW Generation 1 continuity

Even after the Decepticons had lost the war, the two desperadoes aided their leader Grit in terrorizing a defenseless civilization until they got themselves discovered and defeated by Drift. When the Autobot threatened to hand them over to the Galactic Council, the two underlings were all too willing to squeal on where he could find more rogue Decepticons in exchange for being returned to Cybertron instead. Unfortunately for them, Drift's shuttle was shot down while approaching the location, and the two desperadoes were killed in the crash. Empire of Stone #1
