Quixotol appeared exclusively in the UK portion of the Marvel Comics continuity.
Back in the days, Quixotol discovered that Nebulos was round. He was mocked for his claims, until eventually the rest of the population figured it out too.
When the Transformers arrived at Nebulos and Stylor became a Headmaster, he recalled the tale of Quixotol to illustrate his claims about exosuits becoming the next fashion statement were perhaps not as ridiculous as they sounded now. Stylor's Story
