Mr. Fishbein sells vacuums. Unfortunately, he has a broken car, and he doesn't like to be kept waiting.

However, Buster hadn't the faintest clue how to repair cars and, after three weeks of waiting, Fishbein had a stern conversation with Buster where he threatened to take his businesses to Scarpatoni's Garage.
