A neuro-tranquillizer (or neuro-tranquilliser) disables a Transformer. It induces electrical shocks and the effects are poorly understood.

Neuro-tranquillizers appeared exclusively in the UK portion of the Marvel Comics continuity.
To stop Brawn's rampage in St. Petersburg, Red Alert knocked out the insane robot and Ratchet immediately administrated a neuro-tranquillizer. Ratchet was reluctant to do so, as they did not fully understand the effects of the device.
The electrical shock caused by the neuro-tranquillizer had the effect of curing Brawn's insanity. The Enemy Within!
