An energon goodie is a food item from the Generation 1 and Animated continuity families.
Don't get too addicted to them; the withdrawal is terrible.

Energon goodies are a Cybertronian food item made of energon, often fed to hostile creatures in hopes of calming them. They are kept in small containers which can be used to dispense the goodies one at a time.

It is presumably the main ingredient of energon goodie cake.
