Malodor is a Decepticon hoodlum, who leads a gang of Skunkicons. Like his comrades, he has the ability to spray a toxin which disorients the targets sensors, plunging them into a state of confusion.

Malodor and his cohorts were prisoners aboard the Alchemor when it crashed on Earth, spilling their stasis pods out. They eventually reactivated and headed for a dam near Crown City where they encountered Bumblebee and his team. After they incapacitated the Autobots with their spray, Malodor opted to take Grimlock hostage. This didn't last long until Grimlock broke free, and Malodor squared off against Bumblebee until Grimlock managed to damage the dam controls. In the resulting confusion, Malodor and his henchmen escaped down a service tunnel, however the Autobots later caught up with them by taking a parallel tunnel, and the quartet were captured.
