- Nebulon is an evil Autobot drone from the "Shattered Glass" continuity family.
Nebulon is a low-tech drone Stepper built because he was envious of his brother's personal Targetmaster. He can't actually talk on his own, but Stepper's ventriloquist abilities make everyone believe he's a sentient being.
