Garara is a mechano-fuel expert from the TransTech's Science Division.

Garara was interviewed by Andromeda about the new fuel substance found by Sym-Phur. Garara explained that the substance appeared to be the remains of Offworlders who had landed in Axiom Nexus in ancient times, died, and decomposed over time into the fuel.
