This character appeared exclusively in the UK portion of the Marvel Comics continuity.
The Decepticon Fang entered Maccadam's, and boy, was he cranky. Annoyed that Tusks's music wasn't to his own liking, he started bashing the tiny music-playing Transformer against the wall.
It took a while, but the Wreckers sitting at the other side of Maccadam's realized they should probably put a stop to this.
