Supposed descendants of the trickster of the Thirteen Amalgamous Prime, Shifters are chameleonoid even by their race's standards, meaning that they have the ability to change color, size, and shape. They have the ability to take any form comparative to their normal size and mass—extending even to other Cybertronians. However, they have their own respective robot modes and alt-modes just like their ordinary counterparts. Thus, their rare talent makes them highly-prized spies and scouts by others.
