Yoketron's Cyber-Ninja Dojo is where Autobots tend to end up when they can't hack it in the armed forces. As well as being the place where Yoketron teaches all of his students, it also contains the Matrix Chamber in which is stored a great number of protoforms under the protection of the Cyber-Ninja Corps. Students who have graduated from Yoketron's dojo receive a holographic bust displayed in the room outside the Matrix Chamber, though one space remains conspicuously empty.

Lockdown was sent there after failing to fit in at boot camp. He hated sweeping the place. The AllSpark Almanac II Prowl was taken there by Warpath when he tried to avoid fighting in the war. Yoketron trained Prowl to be a ninja and showed him the protoforms, but when Prowl was unable to close the Matrix Chamber using processor-over-matter, Yoketron sent him on an optics quest. During Prowl's absence, Lockdown attacked the dojo, trashing the place, fatally wounding Yoketron and making off with the majority of the protoforms. When Prowl returned, he attempted to save Yoketron, but the old master refused to sacrifice the future to save himself and let his spark extinguish. Five Servos of Doom
