Flash Runner (闪熠狂奔者 Shǎnyì Kuángbēn Zhě) is all about the gorgeous chassis, the colorful paint, the perfect body, and the perfect driving skills. A supreme narcissist, she revels in her own appearance and abilities. If she thinks she's taken damage in battle, everyone better watch out for the epic-level hissy fit that's sure to follow.
