Sea Phantom is a Predacon from the Beast Wars II portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Soon to appear in a funky lawyer drama alongside James Woods.

Of all the Seacon space pirates, Sea Phantom (シーファントム Shī Fantomu) is by far the most rough-and-tumble. A brute above all else, he loves the swashbuckling action of a good fight and the satisfying screams of a surprise raid. Second to that, Sea Phantom is a ravenous glutton who enjoys stuffing his mouth with food.

Honestly, he'd be better off keeping his big mouth shut, as every time Sea Phantom speaks, he blurts out something really stupid. Though he tries to watch what he says, especially around the hot-tempered Scylla, his gruff and oafish demeanor usually results in his obliviously uttering something that warrants a thrashing from the fembot's tentacles.

Sea Phantom combines with his fellow Seacons to form God Neptune.

Sea Phantom is a thrill-seeker, oftentimes participating in dangerous recreational activities, chief among them sky surfing; diving from orbit and "surfing" into a planet's atmosphere, before he is pulled in by the planet's gravitational pull. Beast Wars Sourcebook

His name is totally deserving of its own theme song by the Ventures.

A redeco of the Generation 1 Seacon Overbite, Sea Phantom transforms into a robotic shark with limbs. However, he lacks the rifle and stand-pieces of the original version of the mold. He was available only as part of the God Neptune gift set with his teammates. Since he uses the Scramble City-style of combination, he can form the arm or leg to any combined robot of similar construction, but his nominal place is as the right arm of God Neptune.
For unknown reasons, a great number of unboxed God Neptune sets—lacking all of their accessories, including combiner parts and Sea Phantom's shark-arms—ended up available on the secondary market. These went for considerably less than the "complete" releases, naturally.
This mold was used to make the Masterforce Seacon drone Overbite. It was also slated to be released as Energon Overbite, as part of an exclusive Piranhaking multi-pack that was eventually released as Timelines Piranacon. This toy was also repurposed as Generation 1 Overbite in the Collectors' Club magazine comic arc Beast Wars Shattered Glass.
