Vector Prime first noticed Diveplane in Aurex 503.01 Gamma, but noted that Micromaster versions of him existed in Primax 209.0 Gamma, and at least some of his compatriots exist as full-sized Autobots and Decepticons in Primax 1005.19 Gamma Ask Vector Prime
Toys
Transformers (2010)
- Minicon 8 Pack (Multipack, 2010)
- Diveplane is a redeco of Cybertron Deepdive, transforming into a submarine. He is one of the few Mini-Con molds that actually has a Powerlinx plug as well as a socket. He was only available as part of the European-market exclusive "Minicon 8 Pack" box set with Buckshot, Ironside, Barrel Roll, Iron Claw, Airlift, Heavy-Liftor, and Reachout.
- This mold was also used to make Astro-Sinker and Seawave.
Notes
- The Minicon [sic] 8 Pack gives no indication whatsoever what continuity these eight Mini-Cons hail from.
- The front of the packaging alternately parses his name as Dive Plane. We go with "Diveplane" since that's how it's parsed on both the back and the side of the packaging. Outvoted!
- The stock photography for Diveplane shows him with a silver-painted Powerlinx plug. The final product leaves this part unpainted, because obviously, that really, really wouldn't work.
