- Transformers Collection - The 2000 Takara series of "bookbox"-style reissues. Also includes numerous toys made available only through Takara's e-Hobby service.
- Commemorative Series - The 2000 Hasbro US-market, predominantly Toys "R" Us exclusive series of reissued toys that was similar to the Transformers Collection releases.
- Transformers Encore - The 2007 TakaraTomy series of classic-style reissues. Includes some figures never before re-released, such as Ironhide, Ratchet and Sky Lynx.
