Moon Base Four is likely an Autobot/Maximal base on one of Cybertron's moons, given that Moonbase One and Moonbase Two are. It is also called Cyberion.

Ironhide's body was severely damaged during a fight on Moon Base Four.^[1]

Wings Universe is based on the Generation 1 cartoon, but deviates from it in cosmetic ways and continuity points.
