Alec Willows is a Canadian voice actor. Some of his most notable roles include Oolong on the first English dub of Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z, Bao on Black Lagoon, Mushin on InuYasha, Commander Feldspar on War Planets: Shadow Raiders, Falkenar on Conan: The Adventurer, and as the Mayor of Townsville on the English dub of Powerpuff Girls Z.
He has the most awesome evil cackle ever.
