40-Year-Old Virgin is a film that presumably features a person who is forty years of age and has not had sexual intercourse.

Sam Witwicky, while looking for a car with his father at Bolivia's Finest Quality Used Cars and Petting Zoo, disparagingly referred to a car picked out by Ron by first asking him if he saw 40-Year-Old Virgin, pointing out the car was it. Sam then pointed to another car and referred to it as "50-Year Old Virgin". Transformers
