- The Free Will Faction is a faction from the Robots in Disguise portion of the Aligned continuity family.
The Free Will Faction strongly believes that the government of Cybertron does not have the best interests of its citizens at heart, and indeed intends to subjugate everyone and turn them into mindless slaves. The faction intends to stop this by any means necessary, up to and including terrorism.

Spinhead was a member of the Free Will Faction. The faction launched a series of attacks on the Cybertronian government, though Spinhead at least was captured and imprisoned aboard the Alchemor. Robots in Disguise #1
