Captain Klammer is a U.S. soldier working for NEST. He's one serious dude, and he hates when you don't follow the mission properly.

Klammer headed a NEST mission in Egypt, tracking down and quietly neutralising Reverb... in theory. Blazemaster fubared that up by throwing firebombs around, and Klammer tore into him for spreading such destruction and chaos at a time when NEST was already unpopular with the public. When the Autobot tried to pull the "I save lives" card, the soldier told him he was just making things worse. Turn and Burn
He later took command of a NEST base in Arkhangelskaya Oblast, Russia, overseeing specialised Arctic commandos. Using intell from the Autobots, Klammer and his crew were able to track the Decepticon's command hub to a rough location, and he served under Optimus Prime in the raid on that hub. Unfortunately, the Decepticons ambushed NEST and Klammer came under fire. Divided Loyalties
