- Getaway is an Autobot from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Getaway is an escape artist without compair. He's cool-headed and logical under even the craziest, most dire circumstances and that lets him figure his way out of even the trickiest surprise or sneek attack. His reputation for cool-headed escapes is legendary, dating all the way back to the infamous Armornecking Incident on Cybertron. His Nebulan Powermaster partner is Rev.

Getaway made scattered appearances during the second half of the run of Marvel's G1 comics. He was apparently killed during the Decepticons' assault on Klo, though presumably he would have almost immediately have been revived by the Last Autobot.

Getaway had a prominent supporting role in Dreamwave's regrettably unfinished The War Within: The Age of Wrath.
