| The name or term "Core" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Core (disambiguation). |
- The Japanese Self Defense Core is a Japanese organization from the Classics portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
The Japanese Self Defense Core was established in Japan toward the end of the Transformers' war on Earth to prepare for their possible return. After gathering Transformer debris from across the globe, Project: Transtector was initiated with Transformer-like battle armor suits assembled from their findings.
Fiction
Classics
Classics continues from the Marvel US series, and does not include the UK stories or any subsequently published stories.
All of its pilots went insane, except for maybe Minerva. So that happened. The end. Cheap Shots
Notes
- The Japanese Self Defense Core is probably supposed to be the "Japanese Self Defense Corps", since that makes actual sense, or maybe even the Japanese Self-Defense Forces, which actually exists in real life, but someone was stupid. Minerva was in it, so we'll blame her. She makes a great scapegoat.
