Malgus is a universal cluster. Common features to the universes include a version of the AllSpark and Optimus Primes not being the Autobots' leader.

Ask Vector Prime
The entire cluster is affected by a higher-than-normal interference wave range of 8.7 generated by the non-linear WY-att pulse function, effectively barring multiversal singularities from the universes of this cluster. In practice, this means that Malgus streams have no Primus and a non-singular Unicron, although a Church of Primus has nonetheless sprung up. Malgus streams also run a century ahead of other universal clusters such as Tyran and Viron.
Vector Prime speculated that a Malgus universe may have interacted with a reality from beyond the multiverse, allowing the alien bounty hunter Khyber to collect Cybertronian artifacts. Conversely, species from this dimension can occasionally be found within the Transformers multiverse.Ask Vector Prime

Notes
- The Malgus cluster encompasses the Animated continuity family.
- The reason Primus doesn't exist in this universal stream is because Derrick J. Wyatt doesn't like Primus.
- The mention of Khyber is a nod to Derrick's later work on Ben 10 Omniverse; Grimlock's sword and Lockdown's hook made easter egg appearances in the show.
