- Refuser is a Decepticon-allied Mini-Con from the Unicron Trilogy and Generation 1 Continuity families.

Refuser (リフューザー Rifyūzā) can compress even the greatest weight. His guiding belief is that "Nature exists in order to be destroyed!"
He is a member of the Mobile Fortification Team, and he probably doesn't get along well with Gredator.
Fiction
Ask Vector Prime
In Aurex 615.03 Epsilon, Refuser was one of several Decepticon-aligned Mini-Cons dispatched aboard Doomsday to the Beast Wars of Alpha Q's universe.
Vector Prime also knew of Primax versions of Refuser. Ask Vector Prime

- Booster ID number: 8
- Refuser is a redeco of the Classics Mini-Con Wideload, transforming into an "earth-mover" of undetermined model. He was only available in the fifth "Micron Booster" assortment in Japan, where each figure came in its own blind-packed, individual box.
- This mold was also used to make Universe Knockdown, Mighty Dozer, and Heavy-Liftor.
