Guillotine is a Star Seeker from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Guillotine is a brutish Star Seeker partnered with Gallows.

Wings Universe is based on the Generation 1 cartoon, but deviates from it in cosmetic ways and continuity points.

Guillotine and Gallows were the subject of some of Thunderlane's stories about former Star Seekers. Guillotine reminded Tornado of Scorponok. Tornado - Decepticon Saboteur
