- Shakar is a Decepticon from the Wings Universe portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Assigned as a partner to Nightracer, Shakar is the only Decepticon with whom Nightracer shows any sort of inclination towards social interaction. Probably because they were assigned to her by Megatron himself, but hey, it's a start.

- Shakar is a redeco of Groundbuster. They came packaged with their partner, inside the box of the TFSS 3.0's final figure, Krok. Shakar and Nightracer were the "freebie" figure(s) included with the final shipment.
