The pulsar generator is a Renegade invention, able to dominate the minds of everyone on Earth.

Renegade Rhetoric
Cy-Kill stole sorium from its creator, Dr. Anya Turgenova, and used it to power his pulsar generator. The generator hypnotized all of humanity and turned it into a massive labor force. Humanity built a massive fleet of Zods, before Leader-1 freed humanity by Astro-Beaming the sorium into the heart of the Zod fleet en route to Gobotron and blowing it up. Renegade Rhetoric
Notes
- The pulsar generator made its debut in the Challenge of the GoBots episode, "Conquest of Earth", where it was used much as described by Cy-Kill in the pages of Renegade Rhetoric.
