This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
The Multiwing Jet Fighter Decepticons are a group of Decepticons who serve under Galvatron. There are many of them, and they are capable of space-flight. Beyond that, not much is known on their nature.

[edit]The Multiwing Jet Decepticons were aboard the gigantic Decepticon ship, Cyclonus, alongside Galvatron when the Decepticons launched their latest plan to conquer the Earth.
In one possible scenario, the Autobots launched a full-frontal assault onto Cyclonus from their shuttle in orbit. Galvatron led the multiwing jet fighter Decepticons in a retaliatory attack. The multi winged warrior then helped Galvatron tear the Autobots’ shuttle to pieces, sending the Autobots inside drifting helplessly out into the void of space. Autobot Alert!
