In this universe, the Autobots quickly defeated the Decepticons upon awakening on Earth and secured Autobot control of Cybertron. Peace reigned for a time, but then a series of cyberquakes and Devastator storms began, threatening to destroy Cybertron. Perceptor determined the source of the disasters to be in another universe, designated Strata 22: a bizarre planet called Moebius was overwriting Cybertron's existence.
