"The Love Bug" is reported to be an unpublished fill-in issue of the Marvel Transformers comic. It would have featured Bumblebee on a solo adventure.
Notes
- Script by Peter David.
- Pencils by William Johnson.
- Inks by Kyle Baker.
- According to the writer, the art production was slow enough to make the story out-of-date with the current set of Transformer toys. Plight of the Bumblebee! was produced instead.
- The art was apparently lost or misplaced, which would make this unproduced issue a particularly impressive holy grail.
