The strongest tyrant cannot crush freedom of thought. That being said, freedom of thought should probably carry a gun just in case. That's why Brainstorm wields two high-energy photon pulse cannons. By turning light into explosive energy blasts, they can keep even the strongest tyrant away.
Giant planet-eating space gods, though? Eh, not so much.
Not happy having just one gun to shoot wildly with, Triggerhappy has two double-barrelled, rapid-fire photon pulse guns in jet mode. Apparently, he wasn't enough of a danger to himself and others with just a compressed air cannon.
