This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
Steamhammer is part of the villainous Dominus Trannis. Reformatted from Rapid Run, he is the team's muscle.
Fiction

In Viron 704.31 Epsilon, Steamhammer was created when Megazarak used the Robo-Smasher to implant shell programs into the members of Team Bullet Train. Together with Loco and Astrotrain, he formed Dominus Trannis. The personality component used to make him was quite old, and as a result Steamhammer was a crotchety old train. He remembered fragments of his eight million years as a Predacon but not his original identity. Ask Vector Prime
