Renegade Rhetoric
The Master Renegade was the ancient leader of the Renegades. According to Cy-Kill, he attempted to overthrow the oppressive Guardian regime. His crusade would have succeeded but for the treachery of the Last Engineer, who arranged for an asteroid to hit their planet and then transferred the minds of the Guardians into robotic bodies called GoBots. The Master Renegade designed several Monster GoBots to fight for his cause. When the Last Engineer went into hiding rather than face war crimes, and the Master Renegade relocated in secret to Antares III to await his return.
Much later, he was but a shell of his former self. Two of his Monster Gobots, Vamp and Scorp were swayed to Cy-Kill's side by Pincher. Two more, Creepy and Bladez, remained loyal to him. Ask Vector Prime
