This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.

Cutback runs the Tidal Wave's black market ring, procuring all manner of item for his shipmates by using his advanced deductive powers, which might make him an excellent detective, were he not a pirate. His search for objects of interest sometimes distracts him from the tasks at hand, however, though more often he sends Lockpick searching for loot. Cutback is also one of Chairman's escorts, which no doubt helps him in more ways than one.

Wings Universe

Tornado tested out the effectiveness of the black market by requesting Cutback and Lockpick obtain for him a Sky Seer. They succeeded, though the Sky Seer broke out of its crate as Tornado went to collect it. When Cannonball found the Sky Seer on board, Cutback and Lockpick made themselves scarce. Cutback later threatened to deprive Tornado of their services, but Tornado told them he'd pay them three times their normal rate if they found him a Lukythian Warp Star. They proceeded to obtain the weapon for him, though they changed the arrangements in an attempt to make sure their enterprise remained secret. Tornado - Decepticon Saboteur
