Dragun and the rest of the Oktober Guard were bred specifically to survive in deep space. Everybody Hates Metroplex Dragun participated in his team's outer space attack on G.I. Joe's "non-human" unit U.S.7. Just as the battle began, it was cut short by the gigantic Autobot Fortress Maximus, who snatched up U.S.7's shuttle and gobbled up both teams.
