This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
Block Head is a Renegade who transforms into a cement mixer. He's about as bright as you'd expect. Nevertheless, his unquestioning willingness to follow orders and ability to take a hit make him valuable to Cy-Kill.

Renegade Rhetoric
Cy-Kill thought that Block Head's disposition would make him an excellent partner for the unpredictable Odd Ball. During Cy-Kill's fake bid for President, he and Spoons were assigned to gather votes in working-class Pittsburgh.
Block Head, along with Tank, was assigned to guard the human prisoner Dr. Turgenova. Though Cy-kill correctly anticipated that the Guardians would attempt a rescue, he wrongly anticipated force instead of stealth and thus his choice of guards was ill-equipped to deal with Scooter and Tail Pipe's incursion.
