Re: Derik's comments - Well, we are humans and this is a TF wiki written by humans on Earth, which is in orbit of a star named Sol, which we usually call 'the Sun' (or literally 'Face of God' in some cultures). Until we get a wiki written by the Transformers where they write about themselves and their 'sun', we can be as Earth-centric as we like. YEAH. --FFN 08:03, 1 February 2007 (UTC)

A good number of articles on this wiki are not human-centric. (For example, human.) Derik's at least half right, in that there's a difference between "the sun" and "the Sun." "The sun" can be any star that's the center of whatever solar system you're in. (Example: Search google for "Return of Optimus Prime sun" and you'll get a whoooole lotta common useage of "sun" to refer to the star that was going nova in that episode.) Transformers are a space-faring race, so we should at least take that into account. --ItsWalky 08:25, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
Well, I did create this article specifically to be about Earth's sun. --KilMichaelMcC 12:09, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
But what about the Energon Sun? You are ethnocentric.
Oooh! Oooh! Can we move it to Sun (Sun) to go with Moon (moon)!? ^_^ --Steve-o 15:56, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
I've put a redirect at Sun (sun). I figure later on we can make things more confusing by putting another article at Sun (star) which describes suns in general and mentions a few prominent ones. --Andrusi 17:32, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
Incidentally, the word "sun" starts to look really weird after you type it enough times. --Andrusi 17:33, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
sun sun sun sun sun sun sun sunsunsunsun. You're right. When I was little I noticed that this happened if you said most words too many times in a row. It was an occasional pastime of mine. Well, I could have broken windows or something...--69.95.190.147 14:57, 2 February 2007 (UTC)
