- Chompazoids are a Cybertronian sub-species from the Aligned continuity family.
Chompazoids are an especially ravenous variety of canid-like Cybertronian. These massive quadrupeds have huge heads, nearly as big as their bodies, with gaping maws full of metal-rending teeth. They transform into similarly-large land vehicles seemingly designed to plow through whatever's in their way.
Already dangerously strong, Chompazoids gain a near-instantaneous —albeit temporary— boost in power from ingesting metal. A well-fed enraged Chompazoid can prove incredibly difficult to bring down. However, they can be quickly weakened should they consume non-metallic substances, be it organic matter or manufactured products like plastics.
