Miliarium is a planet occupied by organics known as Miliarians. It might be near, or in Galactic Council space.
Its known locations are mostly rocky desert regions with high mountains. The architectures of its city appears to be technologically advanced, yet gothic.

Sometime after the Lost Light passed Mauler Territory, it arrived at Miliarium. There, they found the native population at war with Rust Giants. - While Miliarians are never directly said to be members of the Galactic Council, the few details we have about the planet's surroundings lend credence to the theory it is located near the Council's jurisdiction.
