Yeah, so anyways... Tracks is pretty much the awesomestest character ever created.
He like flies, and has rockets, and is generally cooler than both you and your mother.
You really don't need to know more than that, but I'll still add more later.
His first Alternator version was a direct-to-eBay exclusive.
