Drillbuster

Drillbuster is an Autobot Micromaster from the Zone portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Drillbuster can breathe in space! ... wait, he doesn't breathe. Never mind.

Drillbuster (ドリルバスター Dorirubasutā) is the Micromaster partner to the Autobot Roadfire, and helps him fend off the Nine Great Demon Generals.

When the specifications of Big Powered were on display, Drillbuster was shown sitting in the rear of the space cruiser (the portion made of Roadfire parts, of course). Zone Part 10

Beast Wars: Uprising

On a post-war Cybertron, Drillbuster was one of the few Builders of Cybertron that retained his mobility in fuel-starved times, thanks to his more efficient Micromaster body. When an anti-government faction arose, the Resistance, Drillbuster was made part of a team to help counter their terrorist activities.

Said team, under the command of Hot Rod, learned that their opponents had managed to steal the G-Virus, a potent weapon capable of transforming anyone exposed to it into a copy of Galvatron. Through his sources, Drillbuster learned that the Maximal rebel Grimlock was most likely the one who orchestrated the virus's theft. With this information, Hot Rod was able to accurately predict the Resistance's next target. Hot Rod posted Drillbuster as a guard in Tesarus Arena. When the attack inevitably came, Drillbuster was instructed to stay in place, just in case Grimlock's assault was a diversion for a bigger attack. Drill tanks are generally pretty impractical designs, but Drillbuster here wins the award for being the most useless.

Drillbuster transforms into a Cybertronic drill tank. He was only available with his larger partner Roadfire, whose "base" mode has a ramp mechanism to launch the tiny Transformer. His gray windshield sticker will not stay on unless you glue it down, as the stickers of the later Japanese Transformers toylines were semi-thick paper with weak adhesive, not exactly good for applying to a rounded surface.
