Ernie Guanlao (October 5, 1943–November 9, 2010) was a Filipino comic artist and animator. He and his family moved to the United States in the mid-eighties, where he began a career in animation, working as a designer and storyboard artist on The Transformers: The Movie as well as season 3 of The Transformers. He went on to work on a great number of other series, including G.I. Joe, The Real Ghostbusters, Kim Possible, Tiny Toon Adventures and Animaniacs. He died from cancer in 2010.
