I don't remember the exact wording but yes, I believe it was said that Primacron and his assistant created at least some of the Primitive TFs. How that relates to the particular primitives they summoned in the episode is vague, especially since some of them have other established origins, so it's hard to tell if the writers intended Primacron to have created them since the show wasn't above contridicting itself like that at times.<div id="wikia-credits"><br /><br /><small>From [http://transformers.wikia.com Teletraan I: The Transformers Wiki], a [http://www.wikia.com Wikia] wiki.</small></div> | |||

I don't remember the exact wording but yes, I believe it was said that Primacron and his assistant created at least some of the Primitive TFs. How that relates to the particular primitives they summoned in the episode is vague, especially since some of them have other established origins, so it's hard to tell if the writers intended Primacron to have created them since the show wasn't above contridicting itself like that at times.
