Hero Mashers is a toyline of non-transforming action figures which can be easily disassembled, with the user being encouraged to mix and match parts to create a "Mash-Up" character. Its character designs draw inspiration from a variety of franchises, including Generation 1, Animated, Prime, Age of Extinction, Robots in Disguise (2015) and even Shattered Glass! The line is part of a Hasbro multi-property brand that also includes Star Wars and Jurassic World figures (also under the name Hero Mashers) and Marvel Comics characters (sold as Super Hero Mashers). The Transformers line of Hero Mashers debuted exclusively at Toys"R"Us in June 2014, with a subsequent wider release in August.

- Perhaps due to cost cutting measures, none of the robot mode Hero Mashers had ankle articulation after the first wave of product.
- Transformers Hero Mashers packages bear the Beast Hunters logo, even if the figures resemble characters from other continuities.
