Miles Mayhem is a human from the IDW portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Miles "Mayhem" Manheim served under Joe Colton as part of the Adventure Team. He likely has something to do with M.A.S.K..

Miles Manheim encountered Action Man during his days with the Adventure Team and was present when Galvatron allied with the Earth Defense Command years later.

Manheim met with Joe Colton and Scarlett to discuss the activities of the Transformers on Earth. Road to Revolution, Part 1

Miles Mayhem was never an Adventure Team member in the toyline (nor in the Joe line). He was added to the crew by IDW in order to tie the M.A.S.K. comic to G.I. Joe and made into the toyline's Sea Adventurer figure.
